An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead and develop collaboration with internal and external, statutory, and other partners, to make best use of resources to meet the needs of children and families, and victims in the youth justice system in Kent.
Youth Justice partnerships are key to ensuring the best outcomes for children, victims and the community. You will also manage the youth justice central team, including oversight of victim liaison, the referral order coordinator, restorative justice and support the service in respect of intensive, supervision and surveillance. We are looking for an innovative, dynamic and outcome led manager who is able to form and manage strong partnerships.

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements.
