We have an exciting opportunity for a fixed term part time Support Officer within our Financial Assessment and Income Unit. The position is based in Broadstairs however, we undertake hybrid working, meaning that we work from home and the office, depending on business needs. The available position is 25 hours per week.

The post is a front-facing role co-ordinating the booking of appointments to complete means tested financial assessments for adults receiving care from Kent County Council.  You will be provided with a comprehensive training program so that you are able to deliver the requirements of this varied role. If you are flexible, organised, can thrive under pressure, excel at customer service and are prepared to go the extra mile, then this is an excellent opportunity for you to work within a dynamic environment.
