An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to the Director of Operational Integrated Children’s Services within CYPE.  This is a permanent full-time position based at Invicta House but will involve home working.

You must have recent experience of working for a senior manager in a similar role and be highly motivated and proactive. The role will include robust diary management, forward planning of meetings and minute-taking and you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  You will have a proactive approach, work well under pressure and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.  You will be required to deal with highly sensitive and confidential information.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can demonstrate the capacity to cope with a variety of tasks in a busy office environment.

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position.
